A system and method for products or services to a user is disclosed. The method involves determining a type of body of the user or an original body composition (Prakriti) at the time of birth and a current body composition (Vikruti) or imbalance in the body of the user. Based on the type of body of the user and the current body composition of the user, a body balance score is calculated. Further, the body balance score is used to recommend products that would help in restoring the body composition of the user to the original body composition.La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé pour des produits ou des services à un utilisateur. Le procédé comprend la détermination d'un type de corps de l'utilisateur ou d'une composition corporelle d'origine (Prakriti) à la naissance et d'une composition corporelle actuelle (Vikruti) ou d'un déséquilibre dans le corps de l'utilisateur.
