Embodiments disclose a computer program product and computer readable medium for determination of a narrowing condition of a fistula by detection of audio signals and for use with a computer. When the computer program product is loaded, a first reference sample of a characteristics spectrogram of a fistula sound signal received ahead in a non-narrowed fistula and a second reference sample of a characteristics spectrogram of a fistula sound signal resulting received ahead in a narrowed fistula are obtained. The two samples are computed by using the Sprott’s chaotic system and a dynamic error is generated.
