The process also relates to the preparation of pure α –form crystal of 2-(2-Amino- 1,3-thiazol-4-yl)-N-[4-(2-[(2R)-2-hydroxy-2-phenylethyl]amino]ethylphenyl]acetamide Mirabegron (1) without isolation of β-form.La présente invention concerne un procédé amélioré de préparation de 2-(2-amino-1,3-thiazol-4-yl)-N-[4-(2- [(2R)-2-hydroxy-2-phényléthyl]amino]éthylphényl]-acétamide pur de formule (1), sensiblement exempt dimpuretés. La présente invention concerne également le nouveau procédé de préparation de lintermédiaire quest le chlorhydrate de (R)-1-phényl-2-[[2-(4-nitrophényl)éthyl]amino]éthanol de formule (2) avec un rendement élevé, ledit intermédiaire pouvant être utilisé dans la préparation du mirabégron de formule (1). Le procédé concerne également la préparation de la forme alpha-cristalline pure du mirabégron ou 2-(2-amino-1,3-thiazol-4-yl)-N-[4-(2-[(2R)-2-hydroxy-2-phényléthyl]amino]éthylphényl]acétamide (1) sans isolement de la forme bêta.
