PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slimming method that includes coating a lymph node site and a target slimming site with a specific coating composition containing components having lymph activity and lipase activity and irradiating the sites with a growth light at a prescribed temperature for a prescribed time so as to exhibit a remarkable slimming effect.SOLUTION: The slimming method includes coating a lymph node site with a coating agent A comprising ethoxyheptyl bicyclooctanone, wild thyme extract and licorice flavonoid, coating a target slimming site with a coating agent B comprising ascorbyl tetrahexyldecanoate and Waltheria indica leaf extract and then irradiating the sites with a growth light approximately at 50°C for a prescribed time.
