PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet food containing a refrigerant composition, having extremely strong rising of flavor (top note) and also having retention of refreshing feeling and to provide a method for efficiently producing the tablet food containing a refrigerant composition.SOLUTION: The tablet food contains 0.05-5 wt.% of a refrigerant composition which is liquified at normal temperature and also has the weight ratio of L-menthol to monomenthyl succinate of (50:50)-(65:35).
