The present invention relates to a pressure sensitive instillator. The present invention, specifically, provides a pressure sensitive instillator, which measures the pressure change by connecting a pressure gauge to an access tube inserted into the airway of the animal throat, and thus can determine whether the access tube is normally in the airway, depending on whether the pressure change is detected. Accordingly, even if a separate camera photographing device is not mounted, the access tube can be normally inserted into the airway only by measuring the pressure change, thereby providing more convenience. It is also possible to simplify the structure and reduce the size and manufacturing cost of the device.
