Disclosed herein are human antibody molecules that immunospecifically bind to human CXCR2. The disclosed human antibody molecules are potent and selective antagonists of CXCR2 functions and prevent the recruitment of neutrophils into tissues without strongly depleting circulating neutrophil numbers.
