The present invention relates to a suturing device capable of enhancing reliability by sanitarily and conveniently suturing an incised affected part. According to the present invention, the suturing device comprises: a suture film to which a suture including a pull portion and a loop portion is detachably attached； a body which has a guide slit to guide transfer of the suture； and a suture needle which pulls the suture pull portion of the suture film that transfers along the guide slit of the body, and rotates to pass through the loop portion through the affected part. In addition, a driving member which serves to rotate the suture needle and transfer the suture film, a holding member which holds the pull portion having passed through the loop portion of the suture to tie a knot, and a cutting member which cuts the knotted suture can be selectively used.
