The invention relates to a cardiac pump including: a rotary pulse generator which is inserted partially in the systemic ventricle said rotary pulse generator being provided with: a membrane sutured to the external wall of the heart in such a manner that the rotary pulse generator is rigidly connected to the wall of the heart a casing arranged in the interior of the systemic ventricle in such a manner that it sucks in and then delivers the blood a motor which is connected to the casing and arranged partially outside the systemic ventricle in such a manner that the maintenance is facilitated a management unit integrated in the epigastric region and including a power supply and a control unit for controlling the rotary pulse generator and a wire connection between the management unit and the rotary pulse generator.
