PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interdental cleaner comprising a toothpick layout having an improved brush part.SOLUTION: An interdental cleaner or a toothpick 1 comprises: a handle or a grip part 3； a cleaning part 4； and an intermediate transition part 5 which is tapered to the cleaning part 4. The cleaning part 4 includes a coating formed of a rubber material having automatic adhesive property and subjected to thermal vulcanization processing, preferably, a thermosetting rubber such as a liquid automatic adhesive silicone rubber. The coating forms a surrounding flexible brush member in shapes of brush/flange 6. Outside sizes or radial extension parts of the brush/flange 6, gradually become smaller to a free end, namely a tip end 7 of the cleaning part 4.
