The present invention relates to a computed tomography (CT) apparatus with a positioning guide for intuitive alignment, capable of intuitively aligning the position and a direction of an examinee without using an additional laser beam. The CT apparatus of the present invention comprises a fixing structure which supports an object to be examined and a rotary structure which rotates around the object to be examined. The fixing structure includes a bar shaped positioning guide installed adjacent to a part supporting the object to be examined in the fixing structure. The positioning guide is installed and affixed to the part supporting the object to be examined in the fixing structure to avoid the object to be examined and formed to have a Y-axis element parallel to a rotary axis of the rotary structure.
