The present invention relates to a dehumidification dryer including: a drying chamber (80) where an exhaust passage (50) is provided on an upper side surface and hot and cold circulation passages (20)(40) are placed on left and right side surfaces, respectively； a circulation fan (51) circulating air in the drying chamber (80)； a first compressor (10) for refrigerant compression； a first condenser (21) condensing the refrigerant compressed by the first compressor (10)； a second condenser (22) disposed in the hot circulation passage (20) and re-condensing the refrigerant condensed by the first condenser (21)； an inflator (30) inflating the refrigerant in the second condenser (22)； a first evaporator (41) disposed in the cold circulation passage (40) and evaporating the refrigerant inflated by the inflator (30)； a second evaporator (42) re-evaporating the refrigerant evaporated by the first evaporator (41)； and an overheating prevention pipe (70) connected from a rear end of the second condenser (22) to a front end of the second evaporator (42) and allowing the refrigerant condensed by the second condenser (22) to flow into the second evaporator (42) when the drying chamber (80) is overheated. According to the present invention, the temperature of the air circulating in the drying chamber is controlled by dry and dehumidification operations being successively performed, and thus an efficient operation can be performed and dehumidification efficiency and drying efficiency can be improved. In addition, the condenser is disposed inside the dryer, the evaporator is disposed outside the dryer, and the condenser and the evaporator are selectively operated, and thus the temperature of the air circulating in the drying chamber can be easily controlled within a range of a low temperature to a high temperature.
