A fluid discharge device and a pipeline system capable of uniformly spraying fluid by automatically moving the discharge port of the discharged fluid by an assured stable operation, simplifying fluid feed piping and eliminating the wasteful disposal of drive fluid by utilizing the discharged fluid itself as the drive fluid for discharge port movement, and fully automating the operational control through all the processes the fluid discharge device, comprising a drive device having an inlet flow passage connected to the fluid feed pipeline and at least one discharge port for discharging the fluid and driving the discharge port by a piston reciprocating in a cylinder and a pilot device for selectively switching to communicate cylinder chambers at the front and rear of the piston with at least one of the inlet flow passage and the discharge port in association with the reciprocating motion of the piston, characterized in that the fluid passed through the inside of the cylinder is discharged from the discharge port the pipeline system, characterized by comprising the fluid release device.
