PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing apparatus and a medical image diagnostic apparatus which delete personal information from a moving image file containing a medical image and the personal information, not depending on handwork.SOLUTION: The moving image file for diagnosis is generated by combining image signals 1 and 2 obtained by imaging the inside of a subject by an imaging part 10 with the personal information specifying the subject.
