PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top garment in which a sweat-absorbing pad is divided into three-dimensional pieces, and the sweat-absorbing pad is arranged in advance by partially crimping the cut cloth to reduce sewing work. SOLUTION: In a garment including a front body 11, a back body, and left and right sleeves 20, a sweat removal pad 40 is provided to cover left and right armpit regions that straddle a connection portion between the sleeves and the body. The sweat removal pad is divided into two pieces 41 on the lower side of the shoulder portion and two pieces 43 on the lower side of the sleeve in the area of the front body, and they are crimped by bonding margins 41a and 43a, respectively, and are common to the stitches. It is fixed by the eyes. Similarly, also in the back body, the sweat removal pad is divided into four small pieces and fixed so as to be surrounded by the adhesive margin and the seam line.
