PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter having a fertilizer application rate adjustment device that can prevent an excessive load from being applied to a drive force transmission member and a fertilizer feeding device even when an application rate of fertilizer to be applied increases greatly, and can adjust the application rate of the fertilizer to be applied in a desired amount by a fertilizer application device.SOLUTION: In a seedling transplanter, a controller 300 calculates a fertilizer application rate to be applied by a fertilizer application device 5 on the basis of a condition of the fertilizer application device 5, which is detected by a water temperature sensor 305 and a water depth sensor 306.
