A blood purification system includes a blood plasma separator, a cytokines adsorption device, and a hemodialysis device, in which the blood plasma separator includes a first column and a plurality of hollow fiber bundles therein, the blood separator is used for separating the blood that is extracted from the human into the blood plasma and a plurality of blood cells. The cytokines adsorption device includes a second column and a complex adsorption material. The cytokines adsorption device utilizes the complex adsorption material to absorb the pathogenic cell to obtain the purified blood plasma.
