A bar articulated in three planes for use in dental implants consists of a mobile structure comprising a bar (1) capable of tridimensional movement (X, Y, Z), i.e. in three geometrical planes. This is made possible by retractable arms (2 and 3) that are movable at an angle (α) in relation to collars (4 and 5) for anchoring the arms to the copings (6). Said arms (2 and 3) and collars (4 and 5) have ends with concave (7) and/or spherical (8) fittings, forming a product that fits almost all types of implants, whatever their number, angle and distance between the implants, and whatever the interocclusal distance. In a design variant, the claimed bar has arms (2 and 3) that start directly from the fittings (7 or 8) of the coping (6).
