The thermotherapy device further includes: a thermal mat part mounted on the lower side of the main frame and has a rotation part, which is coupled with one side surface of the main frame and enables the main frame to rotate when erecting the main frame by rotating 90 degrees a conveyance guide groove provided in the longitudinal direction of the thermal mat part for moving and guiding the main frame and an electric connection part for electrically connecting the control part of the main frame and a control panel of the thermal mat part. The control part controls the main frame and the thermal mat part together and further includes a rotation part-coupling protrusion, which is provided at one side end of the conveyance guide groove so as to be coupled with the rotation part and supports the rotation part when the main frame rotates. The rotation part includes a rotation support part, which is supported when in contact with the bottom surface of the rotation part-coupling protrusion by the movement of the main frame and a hinge part, one side of which is coupled with a side surface of the main frame and the other side is coupled with the rotation support part.
