The antifungal transdermal pharmaceutical composition of present invention containing an antifungal agent, a hydrophilic agent and a hydrophilic solvent and the method of preparing the same are provided. The composition has an excellent effect on hyper-keratinized skin such as intractable psoriasis and/or chronic keratinized athlete's foot which are not be permeated deeply by drug, by performing the deep penetration of antifungal agent into skin at a high concentration. In addition, the composition can be absorbed at a high concentration in skin, thereby reducing the administration frequency. The composition can deliver drug in a short time by forming hydrophilic film at the lesion region, and can reduce the inconvenience of use, in which the produced film is not washed well, because it is washed well in water.
