The present invention relates to an agricultural baler (1) comprising a bale chamber (9)； a feeder duct (23) communicating with the bale chamber； and feeder means (25) operable within the feeder duct to accumulate a charge of crop material therein and then stuff that accumulated charge into the bale chamber. The baler further comprises a conveying channel and conveying means (47) operable in the conveying channel to convey the crop material along a bottom wall (51) of the conveying channel toward the feeder duct. The bottom wall (51) of the conveying channel is adapted to be moved away from the conveying means (47)； and the lower end part (59) of the bottom wall (37) of the feeder duct (23) is attached to the movable bottom wall (51) of the conveying channel.
