PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a start of massage at a target portion cannot be perceived clearly.SOLUTION: There is provided a massage machine which is characterized in description as follows. In a massage machine, treatment elements are provided on a massage unit which is disposed so as to be vertically movable in the up and down direction inside a backrest part which is disposed on a rear part of a seat part on which a treated person sits down. The massage machine includes: a controlling part which executes aimed-treatment unit processes including massage actions which, according to short programs, the treatment elements individually execute at a plurality of predetermined portions as treatment targets.
