PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical image measuring device capable of photographing the inside of a scattering absorber by suppressing light scattering.SOLUTION: An optical image measuring device comprises: a light emitting device 21 on which spread spectrum modulation is performed and an imaging device (image sensor) 31 receiving a signal from an observed object irradiated with light of the light emitting device.
