PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image display apparatus properly displaying moving images obtained by shooting a person during rehabilitation exercise.SOLUTION: The medical image display apparatus includes an acquisition part, an identification part and a display control part. The acquisition part acquires plural pieces of moving image information and action information showing the action of a subject included in the moving image information. The identification part identifies a frame corresponding to the timing of a prescribed action from each of frame groups included in the moving image information on the basis of the action information.
