The present invention relates to an underground penetration type rainwater supplying apparatus capable of slowly supplying water to plants for a long time after storing rainwater during rain. The present invention comprises the following: a rainwater storage tank (10) for storing rainwater； a drop discharging member (30) discharging the rainwater stored inside the rainwater storage tank in a water drop form； and a storage box (40) storing the rainwater storage tank (10) and the drop discharging member (30), collecting the rain water discharged from the drop discharging member (30), and discharging the collected rainwater while widely spreading the rainwater to the outside. The rainwater storage tank (10) comprises the following: a storage space (11) for storing the rainwater； a side draining hole (13) formed on the side surface for draining the rainwater inserted into the storage space (11)； a washing water inlet (14) supplying washing water from the outside by being installed on one side of the storage space； an over-flow pipe (15) formed on the other upper side of the storage space for discharging the rainwater from the storage space to the outside when the storage space is full； and a drain pipe (16) formed on the other lower side of the storage space for discharging the rainwater or the washing water to the outside.본 발명은 우천시 빗물을 모아서 저장한 상태로 식물에 장기간동안 서서히 공급할 수 있는 지중 침투형 빗물 공급장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 특징은, 빗물이 내부에 저장되는 빗물저수조(10)와； 빗물저수조(10)의 측방에 관통되게 설치되어 있으며 빗물저수조(10)에 저장된 빗물을 점적형태로 배출시키는 점적배출부재(30)와； 빗물저수조(10)와 점적배출부재(30)를 수용하면서 점적배출부재(30)를 통해 배출되는 빗물이 모여지고, 모여진 빗물이 외측으로 넓게 퍼지면서 배출시키는 수용함체(40)를 포함하며, 빗물저수조(10)는 빗물저수조(10)는 내부에 빗물이 저장되는 저장공간(11)과； 저장공간(11)으로 유입된 빗물이 측방으로 배수도록 측방에 형성된 측방배수홀(13)과； 저장공간의 일측면에 위치하며 외부의 세척수를 내부로 공급하는 세척수유입구(14)와； 저장공간의 타측면 상부에 형성되어 내부로 유입된 빗물이 만충전되면 외부로 배출시키는 오버플로워관(15)과； 저장공간의 타측에 하부에 형성되며 내부의 빗물 또는 세척수를 외부로 배출시키는 드레인관(16)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
