The present invention relates to a product-spreading boom (1) for a product-spreading agricultural implement (2), which spray boom (1) is equipped with a suspension device (3) via which it is intended to be connected to the chassis (4) of the agricultural implement (2), the said suspension device (3) comprising: a connecting rod (6) which connects the said boom (1) to the said chassis (4), this connecting rod (6) being connected to the said chassis (4) via a first articulation (7), the axis of which is directed in the direction of forward travel (A) during work, and to the boom (1) by means of a second articulation (8), the axis of which also is directed in the direction of forward travel (A) during workr springs (16A, 16B) intended to act against the pivoting of the boom (1) about the said second articulation (8), and dampers (18A, 18B) intended to damp the said pivoting of the boom (1) about the said second articulation (8). The said boom (1) is notable in that the said suspension device (3) additionally comprises additional springs (21A, 21B) acting between the boom (1) and the chassis (4) and that the center of gravity (28) of the boom (1) lies substantially in the vicinity of the said second articulation (8) and preferably somewhat below the said second articulation (8).
