The present invention relates to, inter alia, methods for the treatment of wallboards and the treated wallboards. In particular, the invention relates to the treatment of wallboards with a fungicidally effective amount of a strobilurin or strobilurin-type fungicide. In a particular embodiment the fungicide is azoxystrobin. The invention also provides for the treatment of wallboards and building materials with combinations of fungicides present in synergistic amounts.La présente invention concerne, entre autres, des procédés de traitement des parois murales et des parois murales traitées. Linvention concerne notamment le traitement des parois murales par une quantité efficace dun fongicide strobilurine ou de type strobilurine. Dans un mode de réalisation particulier, le fongicide est lazoxystrobine. Linvention concerne aussi le traitement de parois murales et des matériaux de construction par des associations de fongicides présents en quantités synergiques.
