The present disclosure is directed to novel predictive methods and individual therapies for treating psoriatic arthritis (PsA). Specifically, the present disclosure selectively selects IL-17 antagonists, eg, IL-17 antibodies such as secukinumab, in PsA patients based on the predisposition that the patient has a favorable response to treatment with an IL-17 antagonist.
