The device (1) has a dispensing circuit (5) extending between a dispensing head (3) and a dispensing member (4). A closing unit (10) of the circuit is provided with a control unit (12) to control passage of the circuit from open position to closed position. An air inlet in the circuit is connected to a pressurized air supply source. A gravity retaining zone (16) to retain products is formed by conformation of the circuit as siphon. A regulating unit regulates intake of air into the circuit across the inlet and allows the intake of air into the circuit in closed position of the closing unit. Le dispositif (1) comporte en outre des moyens de pilotage de l'admission en air dans le circuit de distribution à travers ladite entrée d'air configurés pour permettre une admission d'air dans ledit circuit de distribution en position fermée desdits moyens d'obturation du circuit de distribution.
