To prepare a sheet for keeping a body warm, a sheet that has flexibility for adhering closely to a body, that can maintain constant temperature for causing no cold burn for a comparatively extended period, and that withstands repeated heating and disinfection and enables microwave heating and induction heating.SOLUTION: A sheet is formed which combines, with a soft heat transfer part, a heat storage part for dispersing a micro capsule containing a latent heat storage material into silicone rubber for example, with a surface on a side noncontact with the body covered by a heat insulation material. Alumina particles are dispersed for improving temperature uniformity； ferrite powder is dispersed for improving efficiency of microwave heating； and iron powder is dispersed for improving efficiency of induction heating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5【課題】 身体に密着する柔軟性を持ち、低温火傷を起こさない一定温度を比較的長時間維持すること可能とし、繰り返し加熱や消毒に耐え、マイクロ波加熱や誘導加熱を可能とする身体保温シートを作成する。【解決手段】 潜熱蓄熱材を含むマイクロカプセルをシリコーンゴムなどに分散した蓄熱部を柔軟な伝熱部で結合したシートを形成し、身体に接触しない側の面は断熱材で覆う。温度均一性向上のためにアルミナ粒子の分散、マイクロ波加熱の効率こうじょうのためにはフェライト粉、誘導加熱の効率向上のためには鉄粉を分散させる。【選択図】図５
