The present invention relates to an eco-pipe installation method for planting ground construction and, more particularly, to an eco-pipe installation method for planting ground construction by which moisture and nutrients can be effectively supplied to tree roots through an eco-pipe, ground at the tree root part can be built with firmness, nutrients are continuously supplied through a nutrient supply pipe, and thus the eco-pipe can be used semi-permanently.
