PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft capsule preparation encapsulating a self-emulsifying composition, which is excellent in storage stability a method for producing the soft capsule preparation a composition for a soft capsule preparation that is a production intermediate of the soft capsule preparation and the self-emulsifying composition and a capsule film composition used in the composition for the soft capsule preparation.SOLUTION: The soft capsule preparation comprises the self-emulsifying composition containing an oil component, an emulsifier, 8 to 20 mass% of a polyhydric alcohol, and 2.5 to 5 mass% of water, and the capsule film containing 35 to 50 mass% of a polyhydric alcohol for encapsulating the self-emulsifying composition, and gelatin.
