A soil disinfecting device that attaches to a sturdy cloth that covers the soil by forming a field ridge and sprays the disinfectant solution on the soil includes a body part, a plurality of solenoid valves, a control part and a spraying part. The body part is installed on a restorative coat. A plurality of solenoid valves are mounted on the body portion, and are formed to be opened and closed. The control unit controls the opening and closing of the solenoid valves, and controls the on-off time, which is the time from when the valve is opened to when it is closed. The spreading part is connected to each of the solenoid valves, and sprays the disinfecting solution delivered from the solenoid valves to the soil. Accordingly, when disinfecting solution is sprayed, solenoid valves are employed to open and close, so that the disinfecting solution can be sprayed at a desired timing and durability can be improved.밭이랑을 형성하여 토양을 피복하는 휴립피복기에 부착되어 소독액을 토양에 살포하는 토양 소독장치는 바디부, 복수의 솔레노이드 밸브들, 제어부 및 살포부를 포함한다. 바디부는 휴립피복기에 설치된다. 복수의 솔레노이드 밸브들은 바디부에 장착되어, 개폐 가능하도록 형성된다. 제어부는 솔레노이드 밸브들의 개폐를 제어하며, 밸브가 열리는 시점부터 닫히는 시점까지의 시간인 온-오프 타임을 제어한다. 살포부는 솔레노이드 밸브들 각각에 연결되며, 솔레노이드 밸브들로부터 전달된 소독액을 토양에 살포한다. 이에 따라, 소독액 살포 시 솔레노이드 밸브들을 채용하여 개폐함으로써, 소독액이 원하는 타이밍에 분사될 수 있고 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
