The described ammonia compounds of thiopyridine-2-iloxi-phenyl and thiazolidine-2-iloxi-phenyl are useful as modulators of lsa-4-hydroxy groups (lt4h). These compounds can be used in drug synthesis and lt4h modulation methods, as well as in the treatment of diseases, disorders and moderate conditions caused by the hydrolysis of LT4.Se describen compuestos de aminas de tiazolopiridina-2-iloxi-fenil y tiazolopirazina-2-iloxi-fenil los cuales son útiles como moduladores (LTA4H) del LTA4 hidrolasa. Estos compuestos se pueden utilizar en composiciones farmacéuticas y métodos para la modulación del LTA4H y para el tratamiento de estados de enfermedad, trastornos y condiciones mediados por la actividad del LTA4 hidrolasa.
