1. A method of applying a fibrin matrix to a wet tissue, comprising: a) applying an effective amount of a solid fibrin sealant mixture to a wet tissue; and b) applying an effective amount of a liquid fibrin sealant composition over at least a portion of the applied solid fibrin sealant mixture, wherein the effective amounts of a solid fibrin sealant mixture and a liquid fibrin sealant composition are sufficient to produce a fibrin matrix on a wet tissue having improved sealing ability with respect to the application of an effective sealant the amount of either a liquid fibrin sealant composition or a solid fibrin sealant mixture. 2. The method according to claim 1, in which the sealing ability increases at least 1.2 times with respect to the application of liquid fibrin sealing composition. The method according to claim 1, wherein the sealing ability increases by about 1.7 times with respect to the application of a liquid fibrin sealing composition. The method according to claim 1, in which the application is carried out on a tissue that is unenriched, has a small amount, an insufficient amount or does not have blood vessels, and (or) on a tissue that slowly releases fluid or non-bleeding. The method according to claim 1, wherein the solid fibrin sealant mixture comprises a solid component containing fibrinogen and a solid component containing a proteolytic enzyme component capable of forming fibrin when reacted with fibrinogen. The method of claim 5, wherein preparing the fibrinogen-containing component of the solid fibrin sealant mixture1.
