The present invention relates to a thermal stool using an infrared lamp, comprising: a through-type body consisting of a supporting plate which is supported by the ground, wherein a socket on which an infrared lamp is installed is formed on an upper part, and a supporting pillar which covers the socket, protrudes from the supporting plate upward, and has an extended diameter on a top, wherein a seating plate holding protrusion is formed on an inner periphery an upper opening lamp housing which is formed on the supporting plate inside the supporting pillar, covers the socket and the infrared lamp to protect the infrared lamp and prevent a flow of the infrared lamp and a seating plate which is held by the seating plate holding protrusion, wherein a plurality of through holes are formed on a central part. In addition, the thermal stool has a thermal structure using the infrared lamp, and gentle heat is transferred to the seating plate. Accordingly, the thermal stool with a heating function can safely be used.
