The present invention relates to a computer aided diagnosis apparatus which supports detection of a region of interest based on a size of region of interest model. According to an embodiment, the apparatus of the present invention comprises: an image receiving unit which sequentially receives images； a region of interest obtaining unit which obtains a region of interest from a current image received based on a size of region of interest transformation model； and a region of interest output unit which outputs visual information displaying the obtained region of interest on a screen.관심영역의 크기 모델을 기반으로 하여 관심영역의 검출을 지원하는 컴퓨터 보조 진단 장치에 관한 것이다. 일 실시예에 따르면, 그 장치는 영상을 순차적으로 수신하는 영상 수신부와, 관심영역 크기 전이 모델을 기초로 수신된 현재 영상에서 관심영역을 획득하는 관심영역 획득부 및 획득된 관심영역을 나타내는 시각 정보를 화면 상에 출력하는 관심영역 출력부를 포함할 수 있다.
