The invention relates to a kit of devices and a method for carrying out the peritoneal filtration. The claimed kit comprises a double-lumen catheter (1) with two balloons (8) in which the two lumens, after a common proximal part, can be split into two branches (2 and 3), in the proximity of each distal end in relation to the balloons (8) there being placed one of the pressure sensors (4 and 5) which permanently measures the pressure in the catheterized veins and transmits the information, a control module (9) which monitors and controls the pressure within the catheterized veins and which is programmed to act upon the modification of the pressure detected by the pressure sensors (4 and 5) and a vesicle device which comprises an actuation module, actuated from the outside, and a vesicle element located above the module (9). The claimed method consists in the double internal obstruction of the right suprahepatic vein and the right branch of the portal vein by the insertion of the two branches (2 and 3) of the double-lumen catheter (1) into said veins, the construction carried out with the balloons (8) being permanent with a maximum stenosis of 50%, in concordance with the monitored pressure within the suprahepatic veins, the portal hypertension being maintained within the limits 12...18 mmHg by the double regulation of both obstructions and by the possibility of monitoring the quantity of the ascites obtained in the abdomen by the control module (9).Invenţia se referă la un set de dispozitive şi la o metodă pentru realizarea peritoneofiltrării.
