The present invention addresses the technical problem of inventing: a low-cost antibacterial glass which does not cause a problem in appearance if used for a resin molded article, and which has high sustainability of antibacterial activity； and a resin molded article which uses this antibacterial glass. In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, an antibacterial glass according to the present invention is characterized by having a glass composition which contains, in mol%, 40-60% of B2O3, 10-32% of MgO, 0.05-0.5% of Ag2O and 2-10% of Al2O3.La présente invention aborde le problème technique d'inventer : un verre antibactérien bon marché qui n'entraîne pas de problème d'apparence lorsqu'il est utilisé pour un article moulé en résine, et qui présente une durabilité élevée de l'activité antibactérienne ； et un article moulé en résine qui utilise ce verre antibactérien. Afin de résoudre le problème ci-dessus mentionné, un verre antibactérien selon la présente invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une composition du verre qui contient en % en mole, de 40 à 60 % de B2O3, de 10 à 32 % de MgO, de 0,05 à 0,5 % d'Ag2O et de 2 à 10 % d'Al2O3.本発明の技術的課題は、樹脂成形品とした場合に外観上の問題を発生させず、安価であり、しかも抗菌持続性が高い抗菌性ガラス及びこれを用いた樹脂成形品を創案することである。本発明の抗菌性ガラスは、上記課題を解決するために、ガラス組成として、モル％表示で、Ｂ２Ｏ３ ４０～６０％、ＭｇＯ １０～３２％、Ａｇ２Ｏ ０．０５～０．５％、Ａｌ２Ｏ３ ２～１０％を含有することを特徴とする。
