A dental bone implant (505) that comprises a first fitted bone graft sized andshaped to fit tightly to a buccalsur-face of a periodontal alveolar bone around at least one tooth (502) and toreconstruct at least a portion of one or more periodontalbone defect and a second fitted bone graft sized and shaped to fit tightly toa lingual/palatal surface of a periodontal alveolar bonearound at least one tooth and to reconstruct at least an additional portion ofat least one periodontal bone defect. The portion andthe other portion complementary cover the one or more periodontal bonedefects.
