A quilt folding apparatus (10) having a drying function and a sterilization and disinfection function comprises a heating housing (11) and a sterilization and disinfection unit (12). The heating housing is divided into an upper housing (111) and a lower housing (112). The upper housing is rotationally connected to one end of the lower housing, and the upper housing and the other end of the lower housing form a movably opened and closed opening (13). The upper housing and the lower housing have a frame body (113) and a heating pipe (114) disposed in the frame body. The part, of the frame body (113), close to the opening (13) is bent. A bent portion of the upper housing and a bent portion of the lower housing form an arc shape suitable for folding a quilt. The sterilization and disinfection unit (12) is disposed in the heating housing (11). A disinfection space (14) for accommodating the quilt exists between the sterilization and disinfection unit (12) and the heating housing (11). The sterilization and disinfection unit (12) is a structure hollowed out in the middle and provided with a sterilization and disinfection element (123) therein.
