Disclosed are the process and composition in the production of milkfish Chanos chanos bone meal from the spines of milkfish which is used as food material rich in protein, calcium, iron and carbohydrates, wherein the process in the production comprises of the removal of spines from milkfish, weighing, steaming, pressuring, passing through a food processor, addition of calamansi extract and rice wine, drying, packing and storing.
