PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental dust collecting suction box capable of safely and efficiently performing grinding and polishing for adjusting a dental metal prosthesis in a clinic during dental treatment while suppressing heat generation due to friction and sucking dust. SOLUTION: A box (1) having an open front is made of a transparent material, a step a (2) is provided in front of the outer bottom portion, and a step b (3) of a right-angled triangular prism inclined toward the center is provided behind the inner bottom portion.
