For this, anticoagulant therapy is administered by subcutaneous administration of nadroparin calcium. In this case, the calculation of a single dose of the drug is made depending on the BMI: Patients with a BMI of 35–50 kg/m2 injected into 0.4 ml, patients with a BMI greater than 50 kg/m2 0.6 ml of nadroparin calcium is administered. Administration of the drug begins 3–4 hours after the completion of the hysterectomy, repeating every 12 hours for 3–5 days. Then anticoagulant therapy is continued by prescribing tablets of an anticoagulant of direct action in a preventive dose.EFFECT: method provides a reduction in the risk of thromboembolic complications in this group of patients due to the individual calculation of the dose of anticoagulant depending on the degree of obesity.1 cl, 2 exИзобретение относится к медицине, а именно к акушерству и гинекологии, и касается профилактики тромбэмболических осложнений у больных с морбидным ожирением после лапароскопической гистерэктомии. Для этого осущетвляют антикоагулянтную терапию путем подкожного введения надропарина кальция. При этом расчет разовой дозы препарата производят в зависимости от ИМТ: пациенткам с ИМТ 35-50 кг/м2 вводят по 0,4 мл, пациенткам с ИМТ более 50 кг/м2 вводят по 0,6 мл надропарина кальция. Введение препарата начинают через 3-4 часа после завершения гистерэктомии, повторяя каждые 12 часов в течение 3-5 суток. Затем продолжают антикоагулянтную терапию путем назначения таблетированных форм антикоагулянта прямого действия в профилактической дозе. Способ обеспечивает снижение риска тромбоэмболических осложнений у данной группы больных за счет индивидуального расчета дозы антикоагулянта в зависимости от степени ожирения. 2 пр.
