PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve usability without forcing a user to perform a complicated operation since a liquid-drug is injected to a liquid-drug administration device by moving a pusher after the liquid-drug is extracted from a liquid-drug storage container into the outer cylinder of a cylinder with the use of a pump.SOLUTION: A liquid-drug filling device includes a syringe 510 and a pump 525. The syringe 510 includes: an outer cylinder 511 configured to allow a distal end connection part 511B to communicate with a liquid-drug administration device 2 for administering the liquid-drug into a living body to be arranged downward and to have side surface connection parts 511D and 511E where holes to communicate with an internal space and an outside are arranged at prescribed height positions on the side surfaces and a pusher 512 to be tightly slid on the inner wall of the outer cylinder 511. The pump 525 sucks out the liquid-drug from a vial 570 communicating with the side surface connection part 511D. When the pump 525 is driven to extract a prescribed amount of liquid-drug into the outer cylinder 511 and to block communication between the pump 525 and the vial 570 and between the side surface connection parts 511D and 511E, the pressure 512 is moved toward the distal end connection part 511B and the liquid-drug extracted into the outer cylinder 511 is injected into the liquid-drug administration device 2.
