The present invention relates to a reel apparatus, which generally comprises a line reeling device, a pneumatic motor, and a clutch device, wherein the line reeling device comprises a bobbin, a manual rotating device, and a retention bar. The bobbin has two sides that are respectively provided with a first gearbox and a second gearbox. The first gearbox is assembled with the manual rotating device and the retention bar and is linked with the bobbin. The pneumatic motor is assembled to the second gearbox and is linked with the bobbin to drive the retention bar to rotate. The pneumatic motor drives the second gearbox by means of externally supplied gas. Further, the clutch device is assembled to the second gearbox and is linked with the bobbin to control the rotational speed of the bobbin in operation.
