The first flexible tubular main body defines a longitudinal axis, and has a proximal end part, a distal end part, and a first lumen which extends while penetrating at least partially. The second flexible tubular main body practically extends in parallel with the longitudinal axis along at least some portions of the length thereof, and also has a second lumen which extends while penetrating at least partially. The first lumen and the second lumen are disposed on the same axis along at least a majority of the length of the second lumen.
