PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for attaching bait and berley in a fishhook and capable of reliably throwing it into an aimed point, and capable of easily removing the fishhook from the catch such as caught fish, and safely removing the fishhook particularly even if the toxicity is high.SOLUTION: Bait 1 and berley 11 are attached to a fishhook 3, and the bait 1 and berley 11 are sprayed with an instant coolant 2 and solidified. The instant coolant 2 is sprayed on the upper part of a bait-scattering basket for storing the berley 11, and a freezing layer is formed on the upper layer part of the berley 11.
