The transdermal fluid delivery device includes a tip having a handle and a skin application surface, the tip operable to be moved by a drive unit. The fluid delivery structure has a hole formed in the skin application surface and a vacuum entry port. The abrasive structure, electrode structure and fine needle ring structure are optionally provided on the skin application surface with the fluid delivery structure to provide multiple functions of the tip. Fluid flow is conducted through the fluid delivery structure onto the skin application surface to interact with the abrasive element and electrode before the fluid is returned and collected.
