The spinal implant comprises an upper body for engaging an upper vertebral body, a lower body for engaging a lower vertebral body, and a proximal adjustment assembly disposed between the upper and lower bodies and adjustably coupled thereto. The proximal adjustment assembly including a proximal translatable member and a proximal rotational actuator and is actuated by driving threaded advancement of the proximal rotational actuator to translate the proximal translatable member along the longitudinal axis. The spinal implant also includes a distal adjustment assembly including a distal translatable member and a distal rotational actuator. The distal adjustment assembly is actuated by driving threaded advancement of the distal rotational actuator to translate the distal translatable member along a distal slot of the spinal implant.
